WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

DME Delivers, LLC. ("MS COLLEGIATE COLLECTION") acting on behalf of Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. ("Buffalo Wild Wings") accepts credit card payment. Currently, only Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment.

WHAT WILL APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?

You will see a transaction from MS COLLEGIATE COLLECTION on your credit card billing statement.

DO YOU SHIP TO AK, HI, PR AND MILITARY BASES?

Yes. Order shipped to AK, HI or military bases will ship regular UPS ground with an additional cost of $10 per package/order.

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders shipped within the continental United States will be shipped UPS SurePost®. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery provided by USPS. Order shipped to AK, HI or military bases will ship regular UPS ground.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The products are manufactured to order, and will ship within five (5) business days from the date the order was received. Shipping time will vary depending on location. Currently, it takes 5-7 days for the product to reach an address within the continental United States.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code that can be used to check the status of your order. If you need assistance in tracking your order, contact the customer support team at 888.412.0813 between the hours of 9-5 EST M-F.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DELIVERY MISHAP?

DME Delivers, LLC. ("MS COLLEGIATE COLLECTION") take these matters seriously, and will look into individual cases thoroughly. We may ask for photos of damaged packages as part of our quality control and process improvement. In the event of damaged product, please contact the customer service team. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY GLASSWARE (e.g., CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS)?

All glassware is dishwasher safe for repeat washes and countless hours of enjoyment.

HOW CAN I USE MY BUFFALO WILD WINGS GIFT CARD?

You can redeem your gift card at any participating Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in the U.S.

HOW CAN I REPLACE A LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARD?

You can send the details about your lost or stolen gift card to giftcards@buffalowildwings.com. An original proof of purchase is required to obtain a replacement gift card, and Buffalo Wild Wings can only replace the remaining balance on your card.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE A QUESTION OR COMPLAINT ABOUT MY GIFT CARD?

WILL MY GIFT CARD EVER EXPIRE OR LOSE VALUE?

Buffalo Wild Wings gift cards never expire or lose value, and there are no fees.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?

To get your gift card balance, visit buffalowildwings.com/giftcards. If you're at a Buffalo Wild Wings, you can also ask your server to provide your gift card balance.
